Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Donaldsonville, LA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and supervising patient progress. The role involves maintaining patient records, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and educating patients and their families on treatment plans and home care practices.
Qualifications
