Responsibilities
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and spray equipment to apply lawn care products accurately and efficiently
- Conduct thorough inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify pest issues, weed growth, or nutrient deficiencies
- Follow detailed application procedures for fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and pest control treatments in accordance with safety regulations
- Maintain precise records of treatments applied, locations serviced, and product usage for compliance and reporting purposes
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain services performed and provide recommendations for ongoing lawn care
- Assist with general landscaping or farming tasks as needed to support overall property health and aesthetics
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture or related outdoor work is highly desirable
- Knowledge of land management practices and familiarity with farm machinery or power tools is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate vehicles safely on different terrains
- Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment with attention to detail and safety precautions
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
- Willingness to learn about pest control techniques, environmental safety standards, and application procedures
