SUMMARY:
Seasonal Security Guard - Under general supervision, performs administrative and technical airport security duties in compliance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) AND Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations for the Yampa Valley Regional Airport (YVRA). The position is primarily responsible for processing Security Identification Display Area (SIDA), Airport Operations Area (AOA), and Sterile badges, conducting background checks, maintaining security records, and supporting airport security training programs. Assists the Terminal Operations Supervisor/Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) and Assistant Airport Security Coordinator (AASC) in maintaining compliance with federal security requirements and may provide operational support or act in a limited capacity in their absence.
Temporary Line Cook - Under direction, performs skilled food preparation, and cooking duties in a commercial kitchen environment at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport (YVRA); complies with Health Department and other governmental agency regulations; sets up cooking station; cooks and prepares complex food items; restocks items as needed; assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Temporary Janitoial - Under general supervision, performs routine janitorial duties for assigned public and administrative buildings and grounds areas; cleans public entryways, bathrooms, hallways, and meeting rooms; collects and empties trash, including recyclables; performs periodic deep cleaning projects; opens and closes buildings and secures all entrances; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
May be required to successfully pass a Federal Security Background Check to comply with TSA SIDA badging requirements.
