Job Description:
CDL Solo Run Driver – Dedicated Route
Pulling Freight Inc. is hiring full-time Class A CDL drivers for dedicated Solo Runs operating out of the Morton, IL.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with doubles/triples endorsement or willingness to obtain
• Must possess at least 1 year of Class A CDL driving experience within the most recent 3 years
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on company hiring standards
• Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles
• Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment
• Drop & Hook only - No-touch freight
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports
• Maintain accurate daily logs
• Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch regarding delays, arrivals, or equipment issues
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies/procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

SCHEDULES:

• Full-Time Driver - Monday through Friday
• Schedule: Approximately 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM
• Full-Time Driver - Sunday through Thursday
• Sunday shift: 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM
• Monday - Thursday shifts: Approximately 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM
• Weekend Driver Position - Friday through Sunday
• Friday shift: Approximately 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM
• Saturday: Flexible afternoon/evening start time
• Sunday shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
• Additional days may be available if desired

Wage Range: 1100.00 - 1600.00 per week
