Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Guest Services Associate to join our liquor store team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with selecting wine, beer, and spirits based on their needs
- Answer questions and provide product recommendations
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol sales laws
- Restock shelves and maintain organized displays
- Keep the store clean and well-presented
- Promote sales, specials, and store promotions
- Handle customer concerns in a professional manner
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old (or per state law)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
