What You’ll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair RV systems — electrical, plumbing, propane, and HVAC
- Install and service appliances, roofs, awnings, siding, windows, and interior components
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and install customer accessories
- Troubleshoot using manuals, diagnostic tools, and manufacturer resources
- Maintain high safety and quality standards on every job
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of RV dealership experience required
- RVIA certification preferred, but not required
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders or rooftops
- Dependable, energetic, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork
Bonus Skills
Experience in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or plumbing trades is a big plus.
