Full-Time Position
Route 380, LLC dba Northeast Fleet Service is seeking a highly experienced Trailer Technician to join our growing operation in Gouldsboro, PA.
We work exclusively on trailers and primarily service large fleet accounts, so efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism are critical.
This position offers flexibility between working in the shop and performing scheduled mobile fleet repairs.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, and specialty trailers
- Air brake systems & ABS diagnostics/repair
- Suspension systems (air ride & spring)
- Electrical diagnostics & lighting repairs
- Structural repairs (doors, floors, roofs, panels)
- PM services & DOT inspections
- Welding & light fabrication
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years trailer repair experience
- Strong diagnostic ability and efficiency in a fleet environment
- Knowledge of DOT compliance standards
- Welding experience preferred
- Experience using shop management systems such as Fullbay
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
