Route 3 Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, dependable Server/Bartender to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you.
We're a locally owned neighborhood bar and grill where our regulars feel like family. We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, works well with others, and helps create a great experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Keep the bar and dining areas clean and organized
- Restock beer, liquor, mixers, and supplies as needed
- Follow all Indiana alcohol service laws and company policies
- Work as a team with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Help with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Weekend and evening availability is required.
