- General building maintenance (interior & exterior)
- Light repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Maintain cleanliness of service drive, showroom, and customer areas
- Snow removal, salting, and seasonal upkeep
- Monitor and maintain equipment and systems
- Coordinate with outside vendors when needed
- Assist departments with facility-related needs
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
