Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Replenishment Associate to join our team, playing a vital role in maintaining fully stocked and organized assets across our portfolio. In this role, you’ll handle inventory management, restock supplies, and ensure items meet required levels. This position calls for strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restock machines with PPE items, ensuring products are neatly presented.
- Utilize the company’s mobile app to complete and record replenishment tasks.
- Perform precise inventory counts and assist in maintaining adequate stock levels to prevent outages.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting clients as needed.
- Support the Regional Vending Manager with routine audits and various ad hoc duties.
- Work closely with team members to maintain smooth replenishment operations.
- Help onboard and train new team members on replenishment processes and standards.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and verify inventory accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in logistics, retail, or inventory control is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong organizational abilities and capability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- High attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- A customer-focused attitude with a team-oriented approach.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes as part of restocking and warehouse tasks.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Access to your own vehicle is required.
- Must have a reliable mobile device.

- Routd Driver Mobile Application is required to be installed on your mobile device.

Job Type: Part-time, Contract
Pay Range: $168- $252 every 2 weeks
Expected Hours: Minimum to Max hours per week: 4-6
Shifts Availability:
- Day
- 2 Replenishments per week (Tuesday Friday / between the hours of 6 am - 11pm
- There is opportunity for overtime at surrounding client facilities; additional day per week.

- 2 years in logistics, retail, or inventory management (preferred)
