What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate and pursue commercial insurance leads
- Cultivate a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and community connections
- Identify coverage gaps and risks, providing tailored solutions to protect clients' businesses
- Clearly explain policy options, coverage differences, and value to clients
- Gather all necessary documentation to prepare thorough and competitive submissions
- Partner with a dedicated Account Manager to handle service and renewals
- Maintain and grow relationships within your existing book of business
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager on marketing strategies and sales initiatives
- Participate in industry trainings, seminars, and networking events to stay informed and expand market knowledge
What You Bring
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- 2 years of insurance sales or commercial lines experience
- Strong communication skills—you’re great at connecting with people
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor
