The Change Control Coordinator supports the business through the implementation of systematic change control process. The role will coordinate efforts on planning, scheduling, and tracking task accuracy and completeness for multiple team members, across multiple departments. The Change Control Coordinator will produce metrics evaluating timely completion of change control orders.
As a Change Control Coordinator, you will:
- Track change control orders to program closure, and ensure tasks are completed and accurate
- Track exhausted item inventory to zero and manage changeover of components across business applications
- Represent Product Configuration Management in change control meetings. Ensure change orders are compliant with processes and procedures
- Maintain ERP system in accordance with process and procedure, with extreme accuracy and completeness
- Provide timing for deliverables to ensure compliance with program due dates
- Perform set up operations within the ERP system such as bill of material-BOM, labor standards, products and sell prices
As a Change Control Coordinator, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in material/change control, supply chain or engineering/manufacturing BOM management
- Ability to motivate and hold colleagues accountable to perform tasks in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills such as: VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables and other functions and formulas
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced work environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
