What You'll Do
- Receive customer products returned for service and evaluation.
- Carefully inspect incoming products, documenting condition through photographs and notes.
- Verify product information, including serial numbers, tags, and other details.
- Disassemble products following approved procedures and quality standards.
- Clean products and components.
- Accurately document service activities using company software and systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review and document information accurately.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform hands-on work throughout the workday.
- For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
