RESPONSiBILITIES
- Review, verify and process vendor invoices for payment
- Ensure proper approvals and coding of invoices
- Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Process intercompany elimination entries
- Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers
- Process incoming payments via wire, ACH, check and credit card
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Prepare financial reports related to AP and AR
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/customers
- Assist with monthly and annual sales tax obligations
- 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Sage X3 a plus
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills
- For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
