Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for practical dry van routes, dependable freight flow, and weekly home time designed to keep regional operations organized and provide a consistent weekly schedule.
Pay & Home Time:
- Weekly pay $1,500 to $1,600
- 6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility
- Additional compensation for stops, breakdowns, detention, layover, and clean inspection bonuses
Equipment:
Late-model Peterbilt 579s equipped with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, refrigerators, and Espar bunk heaters.
- Assigned trucks with no slip seating
- Weekly direct deposit pay
- Maintained Peterbilt equipment fleet
You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with driver comfort features designed to provide a consistent driving experience.
Equipment is maintained on schedule to help reduce downtime and keep regional freight moving. Dispatch planning supports dependable route flow and organized scheduling for drivers operating dry van freight throughout the region.
Transition Pay:
When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations.
We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns.
Getting Started:
Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL-A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals.

What We Need From You:
A valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience.
