Rouse Relational Wellness is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide high-quality clinical oversight and mentorship to our team of Associates (AMFTs, APCCs, and ASWs). We are looking for experienced, social justice-minded clinicians who are passionate about developing the next generation of therapists in a collaborative and anti-racist environment. This is a W2 part-time position with a commitment of 1–5 hours per week, primarily conducted via telehealth.

- Clinical Oversight: Provide weekly individual, triadic, or group supervision to assigned pre-licensed associates.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all supervisees comply with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Documentation Review: Monitor and evaluate supervisee clinical records, progress notes, and treatment plans for quality and accuracy.
- Supervisory Planning: Collaboratively develop and maintain Supervisory Plans and sign weekly experience logs.
- Crisis Management: Provide consultation and guidance for high-risk client situations in accordance with ROUSE crisis protocols.
- Evaluation: Conduct annual and terminal assessments of supervisee strengths and limitations.
- Administrative Duties: Attend optional team meetings (encouraged) and complete necessary supervisory administrative tasks.
- Education: Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work, or Doctoral Degree (PhD/PsyD).
- Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted California license as a Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
- Supervisor Eligibility:
- Must have held an active license for at least two of the past five years.
- Must have practiced psychotherapy or provided direct clinical supervision for at least two years within the last five years.
- Must have completed the required initial 15-hour supervisor training (unless a Psychologist or Psychiatrist) and be current with 6 hours of supervision CPD each renewal cycle.
- Specialization in Couples and Sex Therapy (Strongly preferred):
- Specialty, certification or extensive training in couples and sex therapy

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing constructive, non-judgmental feedback.

- Clinical Supervision Rate: $90 per hour.
- Admin Rate: Competitive hourly rate for required administrative tasks.
