What You’ll Do:
As a Concierge, you’ll serve as the go-to person for residents, families, and visitors—making everyone feel at home while ensuring their questions and needs are addressed with care, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
Your day-to-day might include:
- Greeting all residents, guests, and staff with a smile and a friendly attitude.
- Answer calls promptly, transfer with ease, and ensure messages are accurate and delivered on time.
- Supporting new residents with orientation to the facility—you're the friendly tour guide!
- Assisting residents with non-clinical needs such as scheduling beauty appointments, coordinating transportation, or helping with minor tech issues (TVs, phone calls, etc.).
- Being a liaison between residents, families, and departments to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving minor concerns before they become big problems.
- Ensuring the lobby and common areas are clean, welcoming, and well-stocked with literature or refreshments.
- Helping coordinate and promote social activities or special events.
What You’ll Need:
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or senior care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re approachable, calm, and confident.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and upbeat.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support residents and families.
- Basic computer and phone skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
