With two brand new communities opening in the Royersford/Spring City, PA area, we are seeking a New Home Sales Associate to learn and grow in new home sales! Rouse Chamberlin Homes, a well-respected local homebuilder of over 45 years in Southeast Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time sales professional. This position plays a key role in supporting the growth and success of the company. An energetic personality and a can-do attitude are a must!
Responsibilities:
- Works as a coordinated sales team with Community Sales Manager and/or Director of Sales to oversee the total buying process from greeting and educating prospects, presenting properties, following-up, and taking all steps necessary to close the sale and attend settlements
- Assists by meeting and greeting customers
- Demonstrates the model homes & quick delivery homes
- Interacts with the brokerage community and coordinates broker marketing events
- Helps coordinates with the mortgage, title, and appraisal companies directly and through the conveyancer as necessary to successfully complete closings
- Manage online and in person prospecting data as well as conducting regular CRM follow up
- Maintains thorough and current knowledge of competitive projects.
- Prepares and executes all paperwork associated with deposits and Agreements of Sale, including customizing home selections with buyers and working closely with the design studio team
- Plans, executes, and attends various homeowner social events and open houses
- Creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere where customers are comfortable and feel appreciated.
The successful Sales Assistant will be encouraged to be on a fast track to learn the skills needed to progress and advance to Sales Management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential Home Sales
- Must possess a Current PA Real Estate Salesperson License
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of computers and working with Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Lasso or comparable CRM
