This is a full-time, on-site role for a Refrigeration Technician based in Chicago, IL. The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting refrigeration systems, and addressing maintenance and repair needs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of refrigeration and HVAC systems while complying with applicable standards and protocols.
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair of refrigeration systems
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting refrigeration and HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of Electricity and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in refrigeration or HVAC systems preferred
