Rounds Putt Lounge is Salt Lake’s newest indoor mini golf experience—high-energy, social, and built for great guest experiences. We’re looking for a part-time Associate to take the lead and help run smooth, fun, and professional shifts.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be the go-to person during peak hours—setting the tone for the team, handling guest flow, and making sure everything runs smoothly. A majority of our business happens Friday - Sunday, this will be your time to shine. Hype is everything here, we want you to make every guest feel like a VIP.

What You’ll Do

- Lead weekend shifts during open or closing hours (your primary responsibility)

- Own the guest experience during peak hours—fast, friendly, and problem-free

- Manage waitlists, reservations, and walk-in flow under pressure

- Coach team members in real-time and keep energy high

- Coordinate parties and group events during busy periods

- Operate POS and reservation systems

- Support food and beverage service as needed

- Serve beer and enforce responsible alcohol service (ID checks, safety)

- Jump into any role needed—from hosting to cleaning—to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

- 21

- Strong weekend availability (required)

- Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred

- Experience leading teams or being “in charge” during shifts

- Calm, confident, and full of optimism

- Great with people—friendly, direct, and solution-oriented

- Comfortable with POS systems and basic tech

- Willing to be hands-on and lead by example
