Job Description:
The Maintenance Team Member will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. This position focuses on maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our communities, ensuring an excellent experience for both tenants and guests. Key Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential, commercial, and Airbnb properties, including light plumbing and electrical.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, units, and buildings to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Assist with turnovers of residential and commercial spaces, including cleaning, painting, and preparing units for new tenants.
- Complete seasonal maintenance tasks such as landscaping, and groundskeeping.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Tenant & Guest Support:
- Interact with tenants and guests in a professional and respectful manner when addressing maintenance concerns.
- Ensure work is completed in a timely fashion and to company standards to maintain tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the property management team to resolve larger maintenance issues.
Project Assistance:
- Support the Property Manager and Project Manager on larger projects such as renovations, remodels, or commercial build-outs.
- Work collaboratively with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
Administrative Duties:
- Accurately log completed work orders and maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Report supply needs or equipment malfunctions to the Property Manager or Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- On-call rotation for emergency maintenance may be required
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
