Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive mental health services within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical counseling, psychological testing, and behavioral health interventions. This role involves working with diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, across inpatient and outpatient settings. The psychologist will play a vital role in diagnosing mental health conditions, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapies to promote patient well-being. Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with HIPAA regulations are essential to ensure confidential and effective care.

Duties
Include, but not limited to the following:
Clinical Psychologist counsel, evaluate and help clients identify techniques that they can adapt to major changes in their lives and refer patients to medical doctors, Psychiatrists, substance abuse counselors and/or other specialists.
Collaborate with other medical and behavioral health staff regarding treatment of patients.
Provide assessment and diagnosis
Be willing to provide integrated care at the health center on a weekly basis.
Stay up to date on continuing education requirements.
Stay informed of evidence-based practices and utilize in treatment when appropriate
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in child & family counseling, crisis intervention, hospital settings, and working with diverse populations such as children with autism or geriatrics.
- Strong background in psychotherapy modalities including CBT, behavioral health strategies, PTSD care, addiction counseling, and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Experience conducting psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations for inpatient or outpatient care.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and managing confidential medical records securely.
- Excellent patient assessment skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required; strong leadership skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within our medical team environment.
Pay: From $135,200.00 per year
