Job Overview
We are currently looking for a part-time shift leader/driver to round out our team.
We are looking for somebody who wants to have fun while at work, understand the importance of needing to get things done.
duties include counting money, ensuring expectations are followed for the store to open or close, depending on the shift. And taking a delivery from time to time.
Customer interaction is encouraged. Customer service and customer experience of a high-level is our number one priority.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, mentor, and support staff in delivering high-quality product along with amazing customer service.
- Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Oversee food production standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in scheduling events and parties. ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
- Utilize Posnet’s POS system for order management and reporting.
- Implement kitchen management practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning for the shift.
- Foster a positive dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
