Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to safety standards
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development to uphold high standards of food quality and customer service
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures
- Manage cash handling procedures, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and inventory control to optimize restaurant efficiency
- Monitor kitchen activities including cooking, food production, and food handling to maintain consistency and excellence in every dish served
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety protocols are strictly followed across all areas of the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience for every guest
Experience
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, with a strong background in supervising teams within a hospitality or food service environment
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and transaction processing
- Demonstrated skills in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices
- Previous roles involving staff training, interviewing potential team members, and managing shift operations in casual dining or fine dining settings
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes within the food industry
- Experience working in hotel or catering environments is a plus; familiarity with barista or coffee service is advantageous
