What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Round Table Pizza | Sethi?
A Crew member is responsible for providing excellent guest service while executing operation and service standards of the Company. Depending on experience, availability and desire, a crew member will be trained in raw ingredient preparation, menu item preparation and guest service.
You may be required to frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, read, talk and hear. You will occasionally have to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and use hands to finger, handle or feel and lift up to 45 pounds.
Some examples of daily duties include Pizza preparation, dough preparation, routine cleanings, dishwashing, order taking, cashier. Crew members are expected to manage and perform multiple tasks and able to work effectively within a team environment. Some job duties have limitations relative to age.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, hands on skills including multitasking. Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with a winning smile, great attitude and customer focused personality.
- Availability: Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Attributes: Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented with commitment to delivering quality product and service.
- Good personal grooming & hygiene.
- At least 18 years of age, able to stand up for upto 8 hours, able to lift up to 45 pounds
