Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate POSNET systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Train and supervise crew members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining accountability.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including bussing tables and kitchen sanitation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Proficiency in POSNET systems is optional.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Proven sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience.
- Background in food service or quick-service/fast-food restaurant operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
- Ability to handle cash accurately with basic math proficiency for retail transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the restaurant industry.
- Experience in kitchen operations, including food handling and sanitation protocols.
