Positions Available: We're looking for experienced movers to join our Moving Excellence Reserve Corps (MERC).
Schedule: Work is offered on an as-needed basis. When work is offered, you may accept or decline without penalty. This is not a regular position and are required to show up only for specific days you've committed to work.

Job Description: We're looking for A-players. As a Professional Mover, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive moving experience for our customers. This role involves packing, prepping, loading, unloading, and delivering items with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism. Experience required. Ambition, desire to improve and positive attitude required. We're building a business to rival the best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently pack, load, and unload items during moves.
- Expertly protect furniture in preparation for moving.
- Critical thinking: every situation is unique. Find the best way to accomplish the mission with the circumstances and tools available.
- Handle all items with care, ensuring their safe transport.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including vehicles and equipment.
- Follow company protocols and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain high standards for yourself and your team.
Requirements:
- Show up on time, every time.
- A-player: professional, positive attitude and ready to get after it.
- Pass our physical ability test: 2 mile timed run (25 minutes to complete).
- Pass a background check and basic drug test. Violent crimes and history of theft are grounds for immediate disqualification.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team-members and leadership.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
