Position Summary:
Round Room Live seeks experienced Company Managers to join upcoming North American bus & truck Tours. The Company Manager is responsible for the on-the-road oversight of the tour, including overseeing the stage and production managers, the overall day-to-day operations of the tour, and personnel management.

The Company Manager is responsible for the on-the-road oversight of the tour, including overseeing the stage and production managers, the overall day-to-day operations of the tour, and personnel management.
Responsibilities:
- Day of show contact for Promoters and venue staff for all venue-related needs (FOH, catering, security, to name a few). CM will act as the point of contact with the house management for doors and show start.
- With the Production Manager, ensure all details for the day, including catering and hospitality, are correctly advanced with the venue.
- With the ticketing manager, manage all comp and house seat requests with the venue’s box office.
- Track and manage all expenses incurred by the tour. Submit weekly accounting reports.
- Facilitate all flow of information among the cast, crew, and management.
- Oversee and book all travel and hotels for the touring party, including driver rooms.
- Act as the human resources contact for the tour. This includes submitting any worker comp claims and fielding any issues that may arise. Significant issues will be escalated to a corporate HR representative.
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience in a Company Management role.
- One or more years of theatrical touring experience.
- Must hold a current passport and have no international travel restrictions.
- Familiarity and working knowledge of standard touring practices.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including experience reading contracts, correspondence, ticketing reports, and other documents.
- Outstanding judgment and ability to prioritize varying tasks.
- Skilled in communicating with tact and discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of computer proficiency with knowledge of Master Tour, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with budgets and comfort with finance or fundamental accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment and demonstrated sound judgment when issues must be escalated.
- Positive, articulate, outgoing, flexible, calm under pressure with a friendly personality.
Details:
- The rate starts at $1800 per week($350 of which is per diem) and is based on experience.
- Single hotel accommodations
- The company pays for all travel.
- Position to start late August/early September for pre-production.
