Key Objectives- Deliver prompt and professional live chat assistance to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
- Resolve inquiries related to appointments, medical services, billing, and general hospital information.
- Ensure clear communication and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Respond to live chat inquiries in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.
- Provide detailed information about hospital services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination.
- Document interactions and update patient records as necessary.
- Identify and escalate urgent or sensitive issues to appropriate healthcare personnel.
