RPS Recruitment has been retained by a world leading manufacturing business to appoint a Treasury Manager supporting a major business carve out and future standalone operation. This is a highly visible role where the successful individual will effectively become the treasury function for the business and play a key role in establishing future treasury processes, structures and reporting capability.
As the Treasury Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting across multiple entities
- Supporting international cash movement, cash pooling and repatriation activities
- Monitoring and managing FX exposure across global operations
- Supporting banking relationships and treasury operations
- Supporting treasury separation and carve out activities
- Developing treasury reporting, controls and forecasting processes
As the Treasury Manager you will bring:
- Experience within multinational corporate treasury environments
- Strong treasury, liquidity forecasting and cash management capability
- Exposure to international cash movement and FX management
- The ability to operate autonomously within a standalone role
- Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills
The successful candidate is likely to come from a sophisticated multinational organisation where they have had genuine ownership of treasury activities rather than purely supporting treasury from an external banking or advisory perspective.
The role is expected to operate on a primarily remote / hybrid basis with occasional travel to (1-2 times a week) to Lancaster, CA. The long term plan is for the finance organisation to operate from a future office location within the North San Fernando Valley to Santa Clarita area.
Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 base salary. May be some flex for the right candidate bonus and great benefits
