The Director | Head of Quality – Space Hardware will own quality strategy and execution across flight hardware programmes, ensuring products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability and compliance.

As the Director | Head of Quality – Space Hardware your responsibilities will include

• Defining and implementing quality strategy across flight hardware development and manufacturing
• Building scalable quality systems to support rapid production and test cycles
• Leading cross functional quality initiatives across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain
• Driving non conformance management, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Establishing inspection standards and compliance aligned to AS9100 and space requirements

As the Director | Head of Quality – Space Hardware you will bring

• Degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
• Proven background and ability to shape, hire, and lead the function
• Extensive experience in manufacturing quality or reliability within aerospace or space hardware
• Proven experience implementing and improving AS9100 quality systems
• Leadership experience in high reliability, fast paced engineering environments
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, production and supply chain teams
