- Develop and deliver professional development sessions to enhance staff proficiency in integrating technology, use of artificial intelligence, and other emerging tools into instruction.
- Create and maintain comprehensive resources—including training materials, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals—to support staff use of district technology tools.
- Act as a liaison between the Teaching & Learning and Technology Departments, ensuring cohesive implementation and support of digital tools and platforms across instructional settings.
- Coach and support staff in the effective use of innovative technologies, fostering a culture of experimentation, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance on responsible technology use, data privacy, and digital citizenship to promote safe and ethical practices for staff and students.
- Assess and recommend technology tools, identifying needs for upgrades or replacements to meet evolving instructional goals and district standards.
- Analyze data on instructional technology and achievement to assess program impact and refine strategies based on results.
