Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three customer service representatives focused on account management, order administration, and delivery coordination.
- Manage day-to-day inside sales operations including order entry, pricing, inventory coordination, and delivery timelines.
- Serve as a key liaison between the sales team, production, logistics, and customers to ensure smooth execution of all orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners-mass, specialty, wholesale, and e-commerce accounts-to maximize sales and service satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports using Excel (including pivot tables, data manipulation, and VLOOKUP functions) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee data accuracy in the company's ERPP system (Microsoft Great Plains preferred) and ensure all order and customer data is up to date.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and coordination of production schedules with internal departments.
- Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet company sales goals.
- Participate in domestic travel as needed (approximately 10-15%) to visit key accounts, attend trade shows, or conduct training sessions.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations, preferably with a consuer goods, toy, or collectible manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience managing retail accounts (mass or specialty) strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Great Plains a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis reporting).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership ability with experience coaching and mentoring team members.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable interpreting metrics to improve performance and efficiency.
- Salary: $80,000 (based on experience)
