Rough Cuts Construction is seeking an experienced, dependable Concrete Operations Manager to oversee our concrete projects throughout Northern Arkansas and Southwest Missouri.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate concrete crews, equipment, materials, and schedules
Oversee daily production and jobsite operations
Monitor project timelines, labor hours, and expenses
Maintain quality-control and safety standards
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and field crews
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Ideal Candidate:
Concrete construction and leadership experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, and jobsite safety
