What are the responsibilities and job description for the Party/Special Event Chef position at Rouge Fine Catering?
Rouge Fine Catering, one of Maryland's finest offsite caterers, is searching for a Party Chef. This chef would be working under our Executive Chef and would be in charge of preparing and leading a crew for events in Baltimore and the surrounding area. This chef needs to have experience in leading a kitchen team and have an abundance of culinary talent in food preparation and presentation.
This chef will be working a flexible base schedule of 6am to 3pm, 5 days per week (to include Saturdays) plus evening events.
This offer is an invitation for a talented individual to abandon the grueling 5-6 night/week schedule of the restaurant business and join one of Maryland's finest culinary teams.
