Duties

• Maintain a high-profile security presence by patrolling designated areas and monitoring activity through CCTV surveillance systems.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct thorough inspections of personnel, vehicles, and packages to prevent theft, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
• Enforce access control protocols by verifying identification and issuing passes to authorized individuals.
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes and ensuring safety for all parties involved.
• Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future review and compliance purposes.
• Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to monitor activity continuously and identify suspicious behavior.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service or related fields demonstrating strong discipline and situational awareness.
• Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations; additional certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or Conflict Management are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency with surveillance tools including CCTV systems; experience with loss prevention strategies is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts effectively and professionally.
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond quickly during shifts that may extend over long periods of time.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and the ability to act swiftly in critical situations.
