Weekend Housekeeping, every other weekend

Every other weekend Housekeeping/Janitor cleaning in the Duluth area.

Day Shift, every other weekend Saturday and Sunday.

Job Description:

• Responsible for general cleaning of kitchen, sitting areas, restrooms, patient rooms and facility sanitation.
• Works directly with facility staff to ensure quality of cleanliness.
• Removes trash and recycling.
• Sanitizes and cleans patient rooms, refreshing bedding.
• Sweep, mop hard floor.
• Vacuuming.
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs.
• Cleans and sanitizes hard surfaces.
• May need to perform semi annual and annual cleaning of vents, windows.
• Reports maintenance issues to facility staff.
• Reports to facility supervisor and employer.
• Independent work.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to facility staff and patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs. for short distances.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear designated uniforms/conform to dress code.
