Overview
We are seeking a detailed-oriented person to join our team as a Contract Administrator. The ideal candidate will provide a wide range of support to the Operations Department in all aspects of contract maintenance, insurance compliance and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
· Contracts – draft, revise and distribute contracts for signature/approvals, ensure timely delivery and track acknowledgements, signatures, and deadlines.
· Monitor insurance compliance, reach out to vendors for updated insurance, maintain records
· Review a large volume of e-mails and determine action plans by collecting information, drafting correspondence, and initiating communication
· Assist Operations Manager, Business Manager or Park Supervisors with follow-up on proposals and bids (as needed)
· Other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative or office work
· Experience working with certificates of insurance preferred
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word & Excel
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple simultaneous assignments and projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
