Roto-Rooter South Texas is seeking a high-level Business Manager to take full ownership of financial oversight, operational discipline, and administrative performance.
This is not a clerical role.
This is not a “learn as you go” position.
We need a leader who can enforce structure, eliminate waste, improve systems, and deliver accurate daily reporting to executive leadership—without micromanagement.
If you are not comfortable being accountable for numbers, people, and processes, this role is not for you.
