As a Drain Technician, you’ll play a key role in helping customers solve real problems in their homes and businesses—all while building technical expertise and a stable, long-term career.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drain Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform essential drain cleaning, repairs, and maintenance tasks on commercial and residential systems. Your expertise will help ensure our clients receive efficient, high-quality service while supporting the smooth operation of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning using cable machines, jetters, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and clear blockages in residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Conduct sewer camera inspections and document findings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and explain recommended solutions.
• Complete job notes, service tickets, and required documentation accurately.
• Maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and keep vehicles/tools in good condition.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or maintenance (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in tight spaces, basements, crawlspaces, and outdoors
• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to participate in a rotating schedule that includes nights and weekends

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
