Responsibilities
We are seeking a sales professional to conduct territory visits offering excavation or water restoration services. The successful candidate will pursue sales opportunities and solid leads generated from field service technicians and call centers.
- Follow-up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems.
- Use an established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.
- Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Plumbing experience is not necessary or required.
- An organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
- A working knowledge of common software programs.
- Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered.
