We're looking for an Excavation Sales Consultant to serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, contractors, and property owners who need excavation, sewer, water line, and underground utility services. You'll inspect job sites, prepare estimates, recommend solutions, and guide customers through the entire project while coordinating with our field team to ensure every job is completed successfully.

What You'll Do
-
Meet with homeowners, contractors, and property owners to evaluate excavation and underground utility needs

Inspect project sites and gather information needed to prepare accurate estimates

Present excavation, sewer, water line, and underground utility solutions that meet customer needs

Build customer confidence through consultative, relationship-focused sales conversations

Guide customers from the initial estimate through project completion while providing outstanding communication and service

Coordinate scheduling and project logistics with office staff and excavation crews

Visit active job sites to monitor field crews, ensure work is progressing according to company standards, verify project quality, and address customer questions or concerns

Provide field support and direction when needed to help crews deliver a safe, efficient, and high-quality finished product

Develop referral relationships with plumbers, builders, property managers, municipalities, real estate professionals, and other community partners

Identify opportunities for additional excavation, sewer, water service, drainage, and related work

Help drive company growth through relationship development, referrals, and exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For

Proven outside sales, consultative sales, or business development experience

Preferred Qualifications
