Water Restoration Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Water Restoration Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the clean-up and restoration of water-damaged properties, ensuring that each site is left clean and safe for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the clean-up and restoration of water-damaged properties.
• Operate and drive a box truck to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
• Lift and move equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. as needed.
• Utilize various cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
• Navigate stairs and ladders throughout the restoration process.
• Interact professionally with customers to maintain a positive experience.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on job sites

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• 1 year of experience in water/fire restoration, construction, demolition, or another labor-intensive trade (preferred)

• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools

• Comfortable using moisture meters, extractors, and drying equipment (training provided if needed)

• Attention to detail when documenting job progress and following safety and remediation protocols

• Ability to work effectively in small teams and follow direction from supervisors or lead technicians
