Service plumbers are in-demand. There’s a national shortage of skilled plumbers, which means people who get into the trade today will command great pay and benefits for decades to come. At Roto-Rooter, we’re always hiring licensed and experienced plumbers because we stay busy and have plenty of work repairing residential and commercial plumbing. Additionally, we work closely with many contractors in the Magic Valley on their new construction and remodel projects.
Roto-Rooter is a local, family-owned plumbing shop serving The Magic Valley, that is a great place to work and build a career. If you aren’t licensed or experienced but are interested in pursuing the plumbing trade, we’ll train you to become a service plumber. Roto-Rooter training is free, and we’ll walk you through the apprenticeship process to help you get licensed. At Roto-Rooter, you can go as far as you want in the plumbing trade, and you’ll earn while you learn, cleaning drains and doing basic plumbing repairs in the beginning, but taking on more responsibilities as you gain more advanced skills.

Pay: Starting wage: Base Pay (by experience) with commissioned bonus.
Hours: 40 Hours per week / one weekday and one weekend per month on-call.
