Roto-Rooter Plumbers is looking for an experienced part-time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND DISPATCHER/SCHEDULER. The selected candidate will have a dynamic phone presence along with excellent problem solving skills in evaluating customer calls and matching the right technician to every job.
Ideal candidate will have 2 years dispatching experience, knowledge of office administration duties and procedures.

The selected candidate will have a dynamic phone presence, excellent problem solving and customer service skills, and a working knowledge of computer software.
Essential functions:
- Provide world class customer service through scheduling, communication and follow-up with our customers.
- IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
- Overcome customer scheduling objections/questions by explaining benefits of using Roto-Rooter.
- Handle customer issues and make invoice adjustments concerning billing or service.
- Communicate with technicians efficiently to maximize their productivity and ensure customer experience is excellent.
- Maintain accurate time tracking on all service technicians and plumbers.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure they are happy with our services.
- Follow-up with customers to schedule work on provided estimates.
- Manage warranty calls for repairs.
- Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
We are looking for someone who will put the customer first! In addition to excellent customer service, the selected candidate will be results-driven, and able to think quickly on their feet. Attention to detail and thorough knowledge of Richmond and surrounding areas are a must!
