The Service Dispatcher will play a crucial role in optimizing our technicians day and enhancing customer satisfaction.
ROTO-ROOTER is looking for a unique individual that has a dynamic phone presence, excellent problem solving and customer service skills, with a thorough knowledge of computer software including word and excel to join our team!
Afternoon shift 1 - 6 pm Monday - Friday.

Essential Functions of the Position Include:
- Interview customers by phone to obtain all necessary information to provide the best service
- Follow-Up with customers to ensure on time, satisfaction and sell other services
- Handle customer issues and make adjustments concerning billing or service
- Develop relationships with customers as part of our standard of “Providing World Class Service”
- Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate time tracking on all service technicians and plumbers
- Prepare and report progress on projects and job tasks
- Help Clean Office at the end of shift.
Job Requirements:
- The Customer Service Professional must have at least three years’ experience with customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient using a multi-line phone system.
- Proven skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Strong organizational skills, with added emphasis on problem solving and reasoning.
- Must be able to perform all job requirements without close supervision.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player in a small, family-oriented office.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Work Location: In person
Salary : $14 - $18
