Responsibilities:

• Visit pre-qualified residential and commercial customers to assess water damage and restoration needs.
• Present custom solutions and close the deal with confidence.
• Work closely with our restoration pros to deliver seamless service and exceed customer expectations.
• Build strong client relationships, track interactions in CRM, and smash your sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably in water restoration, plumbing, construction, or home services, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience conducting on-site inspections, preparing detailed estimates, and clearly presenting restoration solutions to property owners and adjusters.
• Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle, from initial contact through project completion, including objection handling and relationship building for repeat and referral business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field while managing your own schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to represent the company confidently in homes, businesses, and networking events.
