HIRING MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our sales and service team, sell excavation and industrial services to commercial and residential customers, and oversee production.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Increase revenue by developing existing business relationships and cultivating new customers in both residential and commercial markets.
- Follow up with customers from leads provided by field service technicians.
- Sell Roto-Rooter's preventative maintenance and priority care programs in both residential and commercial markets.
- Maintain team performance standards, reviewing and identifying areas for additional training as needed.
- Accompany service technicians to customer sites to observe performance, provide coaching, and offer additional products and services.
Requirements:
- Solid sales management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of various software programs.
