Job Description

We are hiring a closer for our excavation sales team! No cold calls, no dead ends—just pre-qualified opportunities to seal the deal and skyrocket your income.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified residential and commercial customers to evaluate excavation needs, including sewer line repairs and pipe replacements.
• Present customized solutions, explain service options, and confidently close sales.
• Work closely with excavation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and an exceptional customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
• Accurately track leads, appointments, and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Represent the company professionally while driving a company vehicle to customer appointments.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience; background in plumbing, excavation, or home services is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in a commission-based or performance-driven compensation structure.
• Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and close deals efficiently.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and energized by uncapped earning potential.
• Comfortable working with warm, pre-qualified leads in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn—no excavation experience required; comprehensive training provided.
