Job Description

As a Branch Manager you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team of technicians and administrative staff, optimize processes, manage service quality, and drive customer satisfaction. This role combines leadership, operational management, and hands-on problem-solving to support branch growth and success while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency and productivity through process optimization.
• Oversee full P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability through cost control, revenue growth, and strategic budgeting.
• Monitor service quality to uphold our company standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Lead and mentor our talented team of field technicians and administrative staff.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with sales and customer service departments to streamline operations.
• Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints with prompt and effective solutions. -
• Stay informed on industry trends and market developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities with a strong track record of driving profitability and cost control.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the home services industry (required).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of operational processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in using software systems for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to the home services industry.
